Sales Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with the sales team to secure and renew orders, providing them with technical expertise and training on new products, applications, and competitive positioning.
Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment: Engage with sales, business development and potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business challenges related to power monitoring, metering, automation, energy management, and more. 3 plus years of experience in application engineering, field service, or technical sales support role within the power management, energy solutions, or electrical equipment industry.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or engineering.

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, be self-motivated, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and internal meetings as needed 20% travel or less.
