The Engineer will coordinate and lead Manufacturing Services organisational service lines at plant level, ensuring external service provider partnerships meet business requirements. Responsibilities include supporting Health & Safety standards, administering functional service line requirements, and using IT and digital tools to manage service accountabilities. The role also involves data analysis, identifying performance improvements and delivering cost‑saving projects.
Preferred candidates will hold Level 3 engineering or maintenance qualifications and have experience in functional support groups. A proven record of delivering business results, negotiating with, and coordinating external service providers is essential.
