Provides guidance and direction to SMEs, who may be tasked with presenting portions of live training
Identifies most effective uses of traditional classroom delivery, virtual/on-line delivery, or structured on-the-job training
Works directly with leaders, learners, and SMEs to design training material
Reviews existing training to determine effectiveness on participant performance. Proposes updates where appropriate
Assists with development of video-based microlearning efforts, as well as ensuring finalized resources are shared with co-workers in an educationally-sound manner
Monitors and tracks learners, following training to confirm jobsite application of skills and positive business impacts
Works directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps through one-on-one interviewing

Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content, is required

Able to use web-based meeting tools and mobile device applications
Ability to effectively express oneself using written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt training style to accommodate individual co-workers in attendance
