The engineer will guide a team of structural engineers, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary engineers, and manage diverse projects. Responsibilities include applying expertise in materials, analysis, steel and concrete design, overseeing design calculations, specifications and reports, mentoring staff, performing analysis and design of steel frames, connections, concrete members and foundations with advanced software, and traveling for design reviews and field verification.
Candidates must hold a BSCE with a structural emphasis from an ABET‑accredited program, have at least ten years of experience designing industrial, heavy‑commercial or nuclear facility structures, and be proficient with analysis tools such as STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL or ANSYS. Knowledge of design codes (ASCE 7, AISC, ACI) and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. A MSCE, on‑site construction support experience, or a PE/SE license are valued but not mandatory.

The compensation range for this role is $116,620 to $179,890, with transparency about base salary, discretionary bonuses and a full benefits package that reflects the company's commitment to rewarding performance.
