Analysis and invoicing of counterparties under the terms of: 1) over 35 long-term commercial power arrangements with varying degrees of complexity, 2) sales of renewable energy credits, 3) capacity/resource adequacy and other contractual revenue arrangements.

Analysis and settlement of transactions in multiple power markets and futures exchanges in the United States and Canada, including CAISO, ERCOT, PJM, SPP, AESO, IESO, ICE/NGX
Manage the Back Office support in the selection and implementation of a bid-to-bill application for use in the settlement of transmission service agreements for Pattern’s generation and transmission assets and in complicated calculations associated with complex commercial power arrangement.
Establish a Back Office function using best practices to support settlement, invoicing and regulatory reporting associated with transmission line operations.
Evaluation of commercial power and other contractual revenue arrangements with existing or potential counterparties.
Analysis and settlement of transactions under short and long-term transmission service agreements and Energy Imbalance Markets (EIM)

Bachelors degree in business, economics, math or related field
Strong analytical skills to assist in the interpretation of complex market data.
At least 6-8 years in a leadership role and be able to demonstrate strategic thinking.

Experience with deal capture and bid-to-bill settlement systems.
10+ years of experience with power market settlements and transmission settlements in the electric utility or renewable energy industry.
