Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.

Experience in securing and transporting heavy or oversized loads
Professional, courteous, and effective communication with customers and coworkers
Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred
Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
Ability to train and mentor others if experienced
Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record
Expertise in operating mixer trucks and related equipment
Must be 18+ years old
Hold a valid DOT medical card
Strong math, recordkeeping, and basic reading skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)
Willing to work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed
Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills
