As the Lead Professional Engineer, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and field staff through design, analysis, and constructability of water systems. You will coordinate stakeholder meetings, share resources with other project managers, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget from proposal through completion. The position requires independent technical reviews, client interaction, and ensuring projects meet codes, specifications, and client requirements.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a professional engineering license, and at least eight years of experience in water facilities design or construction. Required skills include project management, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and the Microsoft Office suite, strong communication, organization, and a proven record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
