Beyond project close out the Development Intern may assist with review & enforcement of contractual requirements for design & construction professionals; meet with contractors, architects, engineers & consultants to review projects' status and resolve issues; review & analysis of potential changes to budget or schedule; and attend project meetings.
Assistance with the project delivery and close-out in order to facilitate a successful completion and turnover.
20-40 hours per week. Schedule determined by Intern and Development Manager. It is anticipated that ½ of the time will be spent shadowing development staff on site and in meetings, while the balance of time will be spent independently on the site carrying out directions from the team
Project close-out will include punch-list review/tracking/coordination, FF&E (fixtures, furnishing, and equipment) delivery/coordination/installation, unit and common area set-up, as well as assisting the Development Team and Management team during move-ins.

Experience with construction, architecture, engineering, or project management, is a plus
