Provide facilities management support and coordinate contractors for an animal care site
Review and upload inspection paperwork, raising and coordinating remedials with Site Manger and Technical Supervisor
Manage fleet of vehicles on site
Actively plan and review engineer team works on site alongside Pareto teams in conjunction with Computer Aided Facilities Management system
Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials within contracted SLAs
Responsible for monitoring Computer Aided Facilities Management systems, email inboxes, radios, calls and responding promptly in a professional manner
Raise POs, quotes and jobs in a timely manner
Manage Facilities Management system as key user on site including PPM records, reactive and reporting
Schedule contractor attendance on site and ensure correct documentation is in place and reviewed, stakeholders have been communicated with and Pareto teams are aware
Carry out QHSE audits alongside wider Pareto team
Review subcontractor performance and feedback
Ensure QHSE documentation such as toolbox talks, training and competency records, logbooks, subcontractor documentation, hazard reports etc are maintained and readily available in line with health and safety legislative regulations using relevant systems eg Computer Aided Facilities Management system
Contribute to monthly customer report
Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations

Experience managing contractors on site
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within facilities management
Detail orientated approach with strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards improving processes
Ability to work on site 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Full proficiency in a range of Microsoft applications and strong administration skills
IOSH Managing Safely
Experience using a Computer Aided Facilities Management system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
Familiar with daily operations and the scope of the contract eg which services are covered, and which are chargeable
Attention to detail
Quick to adapt to new software and procedures
Excellent telephone and email manner
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
