Duct Fabricator

Description

• Assist and learn from fellow sheet metal fabricators to progress in skill and knowledge.
• Handle raw sheet metal materials.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Problem solve issues that may arise during the fabrication process, finding practical solutions to ensure project completion.
• Shape the metal sheets by bending or forming them using tools like press brakes or rollers to achieve the desired angles and contours.
• Cut metal sheets into specific shapes and sizes using various tools, such as shears, and plasma cutters.
• Review finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications, adjusting or corrections as necessary.
• Assemble fabricated parts into a final product, ensuring that all components fit together accurately and securely.
• Utilize manual and powered tools commonly employed in the sheet metal field.

Requirements

• Punctual and On-Time for every shift.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Great communication skills.
