Review electrical drawings, generate and resolve technical queries, and implement preventive and corrective actions
Manage inspection and quality processes, including field inspections, inspection test plans, QA checklists, MDR compilation, and QA inspections with client representatives
Supervise and manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, safety, and project requirements
Uphold personal and organizational safety responsibilities and perform additional duties as required to meet operational needs
Prepare and administer permits, safety documentation, work method statements, and assist with project variations
Ensure strict adherence to company, client, and site Health, Safety, Environment, and OHS&E policies, including risk assessments, JHAs, field leaderships, and site safety/environmental inspections
Conduct performance reviews, identify training and professional development needs, and support industrial relations and HR matters on site
Collaborate with management and project scheduling teams to coordinate construction activities and optimize project schedules
Report incidents, address unacceptable behaviour, and manage performance and disciplinary procedures in coordination with Human Resources
Coordinate and directly supervise site activities, workforce participation, and work standards, including conducting pre-start meetings

5+ years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of full life cycle project deliverables
Trades qualification across the Electrical sector, WA Electrical License
Experience with Electrical projects across the mining sector
Schedule 26 qualification is highly favourable
Experience delivering NPI projects across the resources sector will be highly regarded
