Under supervision develop skills and knowledge to determine the degree of conformance of production and operations to specifications
Assist in documentation to attest to the satisfactory completion of the inspection, corrective action, or test activities
Provide specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection & testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem-solving and assessment
Apply knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution
Generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notify operations and QC management of significant problems, and complete documentation necessary to attest to the satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities

You have an understanding of drawings, permits, and specifications relevant to the Fiber, Cellular, and/or Cable industry
You have 2+ years of verifiable experience in the telecommunications &/or construction field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma and completed courses from technical school or community college preferred, but not required
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
Qualify on pre-employment screening, including non-negligent driving record
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You are computer literate, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Benefits
Production Pay: You will be compensated based on the number of units produced, with a minimum hourly rate of $15.50 per hour, or the current CA minimum wage, whichever is greater. Paystubs will clearly indicate your base hourly pay, production pay, and any overtime calculations for full transparency.
This is a part-time employee position, and the employee will be entitled to all protections and benefits as required by California law.
Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with California labor laws, at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a workweek.
Employees are entitled to rest breaks and meal breaks in accordance with California labor laws.
For company meetings or training sessions, you will be compensated at an hourly rate.
