Using the Corrigo work‑order system, the manager tracks, manages, and reports on all project activities. Accurate documentation of progress, costs, and completion status is maintained for compliance and reporting purposes.
As the primary point of contact between JLL and Boeing, the manager facilitates regular status meetings, communicates milestones and budget updates, and escalates issues when necessary. Strong relationships with Boeing’s facilities management team are cultivated to align projects with operational objectives.
Budget responsibilities involve monitoring project spending, preparing detailed budget reports, tracking actual costs versus projections, and managing change orders. The manager works with procurement to secure competitive pricing and ensure value delivery.
The manager ensures all work meets Boeing’s stringent quality standards and complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Site visits, inspections, and closeout activities are conducted to verify compliance and achieve stakeholder satisfaction.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and 3‑5 years of hands‑on project‑management experience in facilities or capital‑improvement projects. Proficiency with work‑order systems (preferably Corrigo), construction processes, and project‑management software is essential.
Key competencies include exceptional verbal and written communication, strong leadership of cross‑functional teams, analytical problem‑solving, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Negotiation, risk assessment, and a customer‑focused mindset are also critical.
The position requires 100% on‑site presence at Boeing facilities in St. Louis, MO, including potential visits to manufacturing floors, offices, and outdoor sites. Candidates must obtain any required security clearances and may need to work overtime or weekends to meet deadlines.
