Tasks
-Impact Measurement - Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of Data & Analytics capability initiatives, ensuring they deliver the business impacts intended. -Compliance & Adoption Metrics - Create and track metrics to assess business compliance with governance guidelines and drive continuous improvement. -Future Capability Planning - Establish mechanisms and cadence to understand emerging data capability needs across the organisation and translate these into strategic priorities. -Strategy Refresh – Lead the continuous refresh of our Data & Analytics strategy and data governance frameworks to keep pace with changing business needs and industry best practice.
