Tasks

-Impact Measurement - Develop and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of Data & Analytics capability initiatives, ensuring they deliver the business impacts intended. -Compliance & Adoption Metrics - Create and track metrics to assess business compliance with governance guidelines and drive continuous improvement. -Future Capability Planning - Establish mechanisms and cadence to understand emerging data capability needs across the organisation and translate these into strategic priorities. -Strategy Refresh – Lead the continuous refresh of our Data & Analytics strategy and data governance frameworks to keep pace with changing business needs and industry best practice.

Your work will help us uncover how our data initiatives are delivering value, ensuring that every effort counts - and every insight drives transformation. -Experience in evaluating effectiveness of initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals -Background in IT or Data Governance, with practical experience in applying frameworks and compliance measures -Experience in strategy refresh and driving data maturity uplift
