o Accept and post payments from Homeowners
o Work alongside outside mortgage servicing organization to support the homeowners they serve.
o Gather information as required and support Director of Finance in all audits.
o Serve as liaison regarding administrative issues including purchasing, time-clock management, and general payroll questions.
o Ensure all necessary business documentation is received from vendors (i.e. Business Licenses, Certificates of Insurance, etc.)
o Process Property Tax payments yearly for affected homeowners.
§ Prepare, process, and pay tax withholding.
o Work with departments heads to obtain approval for all invoices, statements, and receipts received.
o Enter bills and prepare checks for vendors.
o Record expenses in General Ledger.
§ Maintain employee records: Direct Deposit accounts, personal information, deductions and contributions, and tax information.
o Process all payments received including donations, ReStore sales, and Partner Family deposits.
§ RESPA analysis when needed to ensure RESPA compliance.
o Maintain and track employee credit card access, limits, reporting, and documentation.
o Ensure payments are directly and appropriately allocated in The Mortgage Office.
o Categorize bank transactions.
o Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable hard copy as well as electronic files.
§ Yearly Escrow analysis.
o Prepare deposits including mortgage payments, ReStore sales, and donations.
o Monitor business accounts for fraud.
o Process Payroll
§ Sending mortgage and escrow balance reports, including monthly delinquency letters.
§ Closing documents and payments.
o Support the Delinquency Team with tracking and reporting.
o Maintain chart of accounts.
o Verify homeowner’s insurance and process payments to insurance agents.
o Prepare reports for Director of Finance and other departments as necessary.

Required Minimum 3 years’ experience with QuickBooks Online.
Strong attention to detail required.
Strong teamwork skills.
Bookkeeping – QuickBooks Online
Full understanding of the confidential nature of work in the Finance dept.
Required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
