The role’s primary focus is to build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers throughout an assigned territory, acting as United’s main liaison to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and drive performance and quality discussions at both store and regional levels.
The incumbent will manage the financial performance of assigned stores, overseeing P&L, cost control, revenue growth, and budgeting while ensuring inventory and asset protection.
Additional responsibilities include leading internal communications, process‑compliance initiatives, and workforce performance management, as well as supporting health and safety, hiring, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as the primary field contact, fostering lasting partnerships through responsiveness and reliability.
- Lead store Scope of Work (SOW) and quality initiatives, collaborating on action plans to boost productivity.
- Conduct proactive store visits and business reviews with senior stakeholders to address performance and risks.
- Manage escalations promptly, ensuring issues are resolved above expectations.
- Work with Partner Relations to assess performance, close process gaps, and execute partner change‑overs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and retain frontline staff and supervisors aligned with operational needs.
- Oversee assigned store/site P&L, monitor expenses, and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Drive revenue growth via routine contracts, special (ad‑hoc) services, and new‑business start‑ups.
- Support Business Development teams with quoting, costing, and RFP processes.
- Participate in annual planning and budgeting, aligning performance objectives with corporate strategy.
- Lead internal operational huddles, cross‑functional meetings, and case‑management sessions.
- Implement process initiatives and strategic programs, including Salesforce adoption and compliance with United’s framework.
- Manage inventory assets, equipment, supplies, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Monitor partner and cleaner performance, applying improvement plans and coaching.
- Deliver training, mentoring, and onboarding for partners, cleaners, and territorial staff.
- Uphold health and safety policies, protecting employees, partners, and company assets.
- Maintain 24/7 availability to address customer and partner concerns, including frequent travel within the territory.

Success in this position requires close collaboration with Partner Relations to improve operational excellence and with Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and retain a high‑performing frontline workforce.
- Possess strong business acumen, budgeting, conflict resolution, and advanced technology competencies.
- Hold a university degree in Business Administration (or related) with at least 5 years in janitorial industry and 10+ years in operational management.
