Conduct and coordinate training sessions for leaders and employees on a variety of topics such as HR compliance, leadership development, and policies/procedures
Support retention efforts by tracking and analyzing KPIs (e.g., hiring, turnover, retention, overtime), conducting exit interviews, and advising on retention strategies
Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes for hourly and salaried positions; support recruitment efforts through interviews (Targeted Selection), on-site/off-site events, and onboarding activities including new hire orientation
Support unemployment claim responses and documentation preparation
Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and discretionary leaves; coordinate with HR to conduct ADA interactive processes and determine potential accommodations
Maintain accurate records through HRIS and timekeeping systems; monitor data for reporting and compliance
Provide guidance to leaders, supervisors, and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs; respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
Partner with HR leadership and client group leadership to manage organizational planning, including job descriptions, skills assessments, and career development within functional areas
Prepare and process HR documentation across functional areas (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions)
Ensure the consistent application of Human Resources programs and policies, including employment, compensation, staffing strategies, benefits, training, payroll, and employee relations
Investigate and support resolution of employee concerns, including performance, conduct, and attendance issues; mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance on disciplinary procedures and documentation
Assist in the development and review of HR policies and ensure appropriate communication and understanding across employee groups

Willing to work flexible hours as needed to support operations
Minimum of three to five years HR experience preferably within a manufacturing facility
Knowledge of appropriate legislation pertaining to employment (both Federal and State law), compensation and benefits and other related human resources functions
Must be comfortable working in high-volume and fast-pace environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business or equivalent work experience
