Lehigh Valley Division, a division of H&K Group, Inc., is looking for an Agtek Take-Off Technician! The Agtek Take-Off Technician reviews and determines take-off information from blueprints and processes the data using AGTEK Gradework software. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a team player, and a creative problem solver. If you meet the job requirements outlined below, H&K would be happy to consider you for this position.
- Apply design principles and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, AutoCAD Lite, and standard office equipment including wide‑format copier.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Fit test and utilize appropriate PPE as needed.
- Meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, etc.).
- Preferred: Agtek experience and proficient computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office, specialized project software).
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
- Vision abilities: close focus, color discrimination, ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly required to drive; occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Noise level is usually moderate.
- Regularly exceeds 40 hours per week.
