Assisting with basic tasks related to program delivery, such as data collection or documentation.
Ensures effective implementation of change control procedures and escalates key decisions as appropriate.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management with 6 years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Professional Engineering License, Chartered status or equivalent may be required for certain roles
Learning about program management competencies and how to apply them.
Learning the basics of leadership skills, working with program teams under the guidance of senior team members.
PMI-PgMP, APM-RPP or CMAA-CCM Certification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
