Mentor Assistant PMs and support staff while reinforcing the company’s high standards
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project delivery
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and strong communication across all stakeholders
Ability to lead teams, solve problems proactively, and maintain a collaborative site environment
7 - 15 years experience as a Project Manager working for a commercial general contractor
Proven background on large scale ground-up healthcare and medical construction projects
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum base
