The role also includes the management of the complex service charge budgets in line with the SCSI guidelines, assisting with the overseeing of the Commercialisation strategy on site at Blanchardstown Centre, sustainability projects, and supporting the client and Directors with other tasks as and when required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for and have ample opportunities to have good working relationships with retailers, including on debt management, trading performance, discussion plans to refresh a retailers space, providing recommendations to the client etc.

An excellent relationship with the Centre Management team will be key, working together to ensure the efficient, effective running of the scheme to bring in footfall and sales in a clean and safe environment. Regular site visits, and making efficient use of time during visits will be a staple part of the role.
