Coordinate the use of the Site labour, facilities and equipment to ensure maximum utilisation.
Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility
Track Advance services work requests to work completion
Inspection Quality - Ensure compliance with all Statutory and Company requirements relating to the control, correct use and transportation of radioactive substances and equipment capable of producing ionising radiations.
Monitor all Site costs both fixed and variable to ensure the continuing profitability.
Develop medium- and long-term plans in line with Oceaneering and client demands to ensure efficiency
Promote Advanced services and new technology
Monitor the implementation on the site of Company Personnel Policies.
Monitor site KPI’s ensure compliance.
Manage weekly progress, safety, quality, improvement meetings with supervisors and site team.
NDT – Ensure NDT carried out to approved procedures; ensure others fulfill required scopes of work to acceptable standards.
Monitor compliance of contract
Ensures that important information is shared with clients as appropriate
Assist Contracts Manager by preparation of bid/tender documentation and quotations.
Prepare rolling sales forecast in consultation with the Contracts Manager as required.
Carry out / Demonstrate commitment to the continuing growth of the Company by ensuring good Client relationships.
Ensure the maintenance of all technical reporting systems and procedures
Track work output in line with client requirements.
Gives and receives constructive feedback
Monitor the use of all equipment materials and consumables to minimise wastage and losses and ensure maximum utilisation.
Advise client on Inspection / NDT matters.
Ensure work is carried out in line with contractual agreements and client’s requests.
Ensures that important information from management is shared with employees and others as appropriate
Ensures that others involved in a project or effort are kept informed about developments and plans
Manage all shutdown requirement and effectively manage overall costs and delivery.
Notification – ensure prompt notification to the client requirements/requests
Monitor sound labour relations and morale on the Site.
Manage personnel Training requirement.
Maintain and ensure compliance with Operating Procedures Manual.
Ensure that regular communication takes place with the client
Prepare annual budgets for the Site in consultation with the Group Financial Manager.
Management of Site personnel and equipment.
Be able to maintain acceptable standards, provide timely feedback and guidance on problems or issues identified.
