Build /repair end-rings, filling gaps and end-rings (Permabond, other chemicals etc.).
Affixed tap output nameplates as required. Assists QA Inspectors in skidding of large coils.
Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.
Assemble and disassemble coils for test setups and inspections. Sets up D-Q rings and coil accessories.
Ensure consistent and reliable processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
Check and read drawings, blueprints and other manufacturing documents.
Fabricate and install tap changers. Install and wrap (resin) fine tunings.
Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools.
Operate various Powered Industrial Trucks, and cranes. Operate various scissor lifts and work at heights.
Check and remove foreign objects (bolts, residue wire) from coil ducts. Cut coils as required.
Replenish material as needed for continuous production. Report material shortage to Supervisor immediately.
Clean, buff and prepare surfaces (coils, conductor, taps, etc.) for painting, testing and welding operations.
Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Install coil components such as tuning packs, L/As, bird barriers, insulators, and various other components.
Perform duties related to building resistors, casing and internal component assembly and potting.
Perform routine and preventive upkeep (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Lift up to 50 lbs.
Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the Team Lead or supervisor immediately.
Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools and power tools.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles. Participate in regular housekeeping activities to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.

Flexibility to work 3 shift rotation is a requirement of the position.
Record (foresight, SAP, traveler… etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as per company’s requirements
Excellent attendance
Excellent proficiency in English including demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written instructions and complete technical paperwork when needed
