In this role you will work closely with lines of business, global mining leadership, marketing and events teams to create integrated go‑to‑market solutions, enhance brand visibility, and ensure seamless knowledge sharing across the organization while staying current on industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Evaluate total addressable market, market share, competitor landscape, and client experience.
- Lead the Key Client Program for top mining management companies and develop account plans.
- Identify and incubate high‑growth accounts to build a pipeline of future key clients.
- Manage contract renewals, master service agreements, and support sales forecasting in Salesforce.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering pipeline, leads, events, and sector activities.
- Collaborate with lines of business and the Global Mining Sector Lead to craft integrated value propositions.
- Develop and execute a strategic conference plan with the Events team to achieve ROI.
- Partner with Marketing to align sector‑specific messaging and drive thought‑leadership content.
- Foster cross‑LOB communication and maintain strong relationships with divisional sales teams.
- Stay informed on mining industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify capacity gaps and explore new service offerings, regulatory support, and geographic expansions.

We seek a candidate with extensive experience in the mining geotechnical or environmental sector, a relevant engineering degree, and professional designations such as P.Eng., P.Geo., or RPP. Strong leadership, communication, strategic account planning, and Salesforce CRM skills are essential, along with the ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.

- Minimum 15 years experience in mining geotechnical or environmental consulting with a record of large account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering; advanced degrees (M.Sc., Ph.D., MBA) are a plus.
- Professional designations such as P.Eng., P.Geo., or RPP preferred.
- Proficiency in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel up to 35 % domestically and internationally.
- Experience with merger and acquisition integration considered an asset.
