The role involves producing high‑quality BIM and CAD outputs that meet international standards on multi‑disciplinary projects. Key duties include creating drawings and BIM models with minimal supervision, coordinating CAD/BIM inputs across disciplines, and preparing progress presentations for project meetings. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, demonstrating advanced CAD/BIM technical expertise and the ability to interact effectively at all business levels. They must be a proactive team player who remains self‑motivated, solves problems, manages time well and brings a creative, can‑do attitude.
Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or engineering degree and possess at least five years of BIM/CAD experience on multidisciplinary, multiregional projects. They must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, apply industry and client standards, ensure compliance, and work independently while taking initiative. Familiarity with standard codes, EDMS and the ability to check and present technical work are required.
