- Initiate the selection of subcontractor payments upon receipt of progress billing funds by verifying with Project Management team.
- Provide project requested information to external parties.
- Assist in financial aspects of project close-out.
- Generate and accurately process monthly General Construction G702/703 requisition billing in a timely manner.
- Set up and review approved Change Orders.
- Prepare and submit all required lien waivers for project, subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Manage subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract, including items such as bonds, insurance, waivers, billing accuracy, workforce participation reporting, prevailing wage compliance, etc.
- Investigate any unbilled project costs.
- Set up approved subcontracts and purchase orders and review for accuracy.
- Review and maintain accurate Project Cost Report.
- Manage monthly payment application process with project managers, subcontractors, and client team.
- Maintain financial project files.
- Coordinate job set up and organization with Project Management team.
- Coordinate and assist with project specific audits.
