Tasks

-Assess the scope and readiness for change, developing effective plans to drive change and adoption. -Create and present updates and overviews to all levels of leadership. -Own the vision and execution of training and certification programs to reinforce technology adoption and proficiency. -Consult and oversee the management of change and adoption efforts. -Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary. -Implement and refine change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio. -Lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage change initiatives.

What You Bring

-Skilled at assessing change readiness and working with business users, product partners, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and support. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). -Master's degree or equivalent -7+ years of experience in a similar position -Experience creating comprehensive change management plans that account for all aspects of change (analysis, plan creation, alignment, implementation, training, and adoption). -Effective consultation and advisory skills to build strong relationships and lead critical discussions to ensure alignment. -Ability to execute and refine change management and adoption frameworks.
