What you would be doing

  • Ensure effective administrative support is provided to all technical teams including but not limited to editing of documents and presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning.
  • Shares expertise and knowledge within the team
  • Support the BSM in the appropriate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Undertaking other duties / responsibilities that assist the technical teams such as project finance support, processing budget changes, setting up projects etc
  • Ensuring a consistent approach and representation is given to all accountability centres
  • Assist other BSE’s as required
  • Undertake weekly timekeeper responsibility
  • When needed, support the Business Support Managers (Operations) in the management of the P&L account
  • Assist other BSMs as required
  • Support the senior team where required
