  • Develop/review, negotiate and approve the account’s Quality Agreements with clients ensuring compliance with Master Service Agreements (contract).
  • Develops and submit periodic account status reports related to its Quality Programs.

  • Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)
  • Orchestrer de bout en bout la conception, le déploiement, l'optimisation et la pérennisation des programmes qualité et conformité, en assurant leur alignement stratégique et leur évolution continue.
  • Superviser l'ensemble des programmes qualité du compte (investigations de non-conformité, CAPA, conformité formation, qualifications fournisseurs, accords qualité tiers, audits internes/externes, auto-évaluations, gestion documentaire, contrôle des changements GxP) en garantissant la conformité totale aux SOP, réglementations industrielles, bonnes pratiques actuelles et exigences contractuelles.
  • Responsible for supporting and managing the account’s quality programs (i.e., non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, vendor qualifications, third-party quality agreements, Internal/external audits, self-assessments, document management, GxP change control, etc.) that ensures that the work conducted by the Facilities team, and its subcontractors, perform the work in full accordance with applicable SOP’s, industry regulations, current practices, and contractual requirements.
  • Actively collaborate with the Life Sciences Quality Platform programs.

  • Build successful relationships within account’s personnel and other client personnel to promote confidence, forward planning, and best practices.
  • Maintain all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the facility for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Contractual, Procedural, Federal, State or Local law requirements.
  • Ensure that JLL’s Life Sciences Quality Management System is properly implemented and consistently met, including all ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Effectively interface with the client’s quality personnel to ensure that all the client’s requirements are followed, and that the work performed by the team is documented and recorded in the proper fashion. Engage with client’s leadership to foster quality relationships by providing personalized interactions, added value solutions, status reports, collecting feedback and collaborating on mutually agreed plans & objectives.

Management of the GxP third-party vendors’ compliance program (e.g., qualification, agreements, audits, performances, etc.)

  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
