Communicate daily issues and pertinent information to production assistants, assistant operators, operators and team leaders as needed.
Monitor, complete, and document quality checks to assure quality of the products (color, surface, size, etc.) meets product standards prior to packaging, as required.
Perform housekeeping duties in the production area.
Contribute to accident-free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations.
Assist the department in producing a quality product based upon product specifications; complete production operator reports with high attention to detail.
Perform placement of pallets, proper packaging techniques, and attach labels for finished material according to process instructions and product specifications.

Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Basic mathematical proficiency in the addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and fractions.
Understand and follow all company policies, practices, and procedures.
Ability to stand for complete shift; kneeling, lifting overhead, bending climbing and crawling are often required.
Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred; however, no prior experience is necessary.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures that can become very hot depending on the weather.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, read gauges and use similar measuring devices.
Ability and interest in working a 2-2-3 schedule.
High School or GED required
Ability to perform the physical demands of the job including: Push / Pull / Lift / Manipulate 10lbs – 100lbs.
