BSc degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Self-motivated and a good communication skills to enable effective team working.
Experience building relationships with licensors and clients
Good organizational skills
Experience presenting in formal settings
Experience of workhour control and working to schedule and within budget on a major project.
Understanding of requirements of other disciplines as part of project execution.
Have a good understanding of process control and implementation in design
Experience taking a leading role in a safety review (HazOp/SIL/LOPA)
Experience of working on conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED and/or EPC projects
a relevant number of years' experience working with a major EPC contractor or operator.
Experience managing a process manhour budget of >24000hours
Experience training/mentoring younger engineers either informally or through a formal training scheme
Have the ability to make practical design decisions which add value to a design and minimize negative impact to other disciplines, schedule or cost
