We are seeking a General Manager - Manufacturing who brings a proven background with “bespoke manufacturing” and someone who can implement systems that scale and shapes the future of their manufacturing capabilities through innovation and continuous improvement strategies.

• Industry experience in defence, mining, infrastructure or engineered components is highly regarded.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with budgeting, cost control and P&L oversight.
• Expertise in production planning, site mapping and systems optimisation.
• Be recognised for your accuracy, foresight and methodical approach.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation, robotics and advanced systems.
• Applied knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent CI methodologies.
• Proven senior leadership in a complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
