Demonstrates an understanding of design manuals, agency standards and procedures
Demonstrates a working knowledge of current engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, LDD, etc.) and follows drafting and file naming standards
Ability to work as a productive and effective team member
Working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other relevant engineering software
Ability to work on multiple tasks
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of unique and diverse people and personalities
Demonstrate effective written and verbal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to maximize efficiency
