Sr. Manager, Internal Communications

Description

The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications – based in Dallas, Texas – will join the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute internal communication strategies that support marketing initiatives and corporate functions. This role will craft the narrative for over 800 global marketers, reinforcing JLL’s brand story and driving employee engagement around marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with marketing stakeholders, designing communication plans aligned with business objectives, and creating compelling content for emails, presentations, video scripts, and more. The manager will support the CMO, town halls, and leadership meetings, collaborate with corporate communications teams, provide cross‑functional support to HR, Finance, and Legal, and use data‑driven methods to measure and improve communication effectiveness while staying abreast of industry trends.

• Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders and provide strategic communications counsel.
• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with marketing priorities.
• Craft compelling narratives and content across channels such as emails, presentations, and video scripts.
• Support the CMO, town halls, and leadership meetings with tailored communication assets.
• Collaborate with Corporate Functions Communications and the Internal Communications Center of Excellence.
• Provide communications support to HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.
• Implement data‑driven approaches to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
• Stay current on industry trends and introduce innovative communication ideas.

Requirements

Qualified candidates bring at least seven years of internal, executive, or corporate communications experience, with a proven track record in marketing‑focused messaging, client communications, and business development. They possess exceptional writing and editing skills, can manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced environment, and are proficient with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Poppulo.

• 7+ years experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications, especially around marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to translate complex concepts into clear messaging.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple high‑priority initiatives.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and internal communications platforms like Poppulo.
