The Senior Quality Control Technician helps the production facility meet customer commitments by identifying and analyzing defective products, determining root causes of failures, minimizing future occurrences, and coordinating daily requirements with Quality Inspectors and Technicians. This role drives continuous improvement in product quality.
- Conduct audits using the quality system/ISO
- Approve finished production, in‑process production, and specifications for incoming materials
- Conduct visual and measurement tests and return products for re‑work
- Assist with QA and other audits to identify unfavorable trends in process or product quality
- Recommend preventative and/or corrective actions to mitigate risk
- Prepare and distribute in‑plant quality summaries/reports

The role requires safe movement throughout the plant, including standing, bending, and occasional lifting. Personal protective equipment includes steel‑toed shoes, protective eyewear, and arm sleeves due to the metal nature of materials.
- Current U.S. work authorization

- Professional quality experience in a lead capacity (preferred)
- ISO audit experience (preferred)
