- Attend meetings in the office with the office team to visualise work volumes
- liaise directly with local authorities and building strong relationships
- Manage civils workload sent to suppliers and provide back office with permit dates
- Building a good relationship with the client, suppliers and public
- Weekly safety checks to be carried out by civils manager
- Ensure all works are completed on time safely, within the permit and to the correct quality standard to allow delivery dates to be met
- liaise directly with civils suppliers, carrying out weekly meetings with them
- Carry out pre site checks of works allocated to supplier
