What you would be doing
stakeholder liaison

  • Attend meetings in the office with the office team to visualise work volumes
  • liaise directly with local authorities and building strong relationships
  • Manage civils workload sent to suppliers and provide back office with permit dates
  • Building a good relationship with the client, suppliers and public
  • Weekly safety checks to be carried out by civils manager
  • Ensure all works are completed on time safely, within the permit and to the correct quality standard to allow delivery dates to be met
  • liaise directly with civils suppliers, carrying out weekly meetings with them
  • Carry out pre site checks of works allocated to supplier
