The role involves maintaining high occupancy, delivering outstanding resident service, driving traffic through outreach and social media, and supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager.
Applicants must have at least two years of conventional apartment leasing experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. A flexible schedule, including weekends, and residence within a 20‑mile radius of the property (or willingness to relocate) are required.
