The Field Supervisor – Water Transfer Operations is a full‑time position located in Moundsville, WV, within the Water Transfer department. This role leads on‑site water transfer activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and client standards. The supervisor manages the crew, serves as the primary client contact, and oversees quality control and training.
The supervisor is accountable for managing daily field activities, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards, and ensuring accurate documentation of work performed. They also drive project efficiency and oversee overall job‑site organization.
The position requires a flexible schedule with 12‑hour rotating shifts, availability for nights, overtime, weekends, and travel to various sites in all weather conditions.
