In this role you will manage daily production operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality compliance. You will monitor processes, coordinate with other departments, maintain schedules, manage resources, and analyze data to drive improvements. Training and development of the production team is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate holds a BE/BTech/Diploma and has 5 – 8 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of ASME codes, pressure vessels, modules, and heater items is required.
