Develop and maintain relationships with companies / industries and third-party placement agencies to facilitate recruitment opportunities for candidates.
Provide regular reports and updates on placement activities and outcomes to your reporting manager.
Collaborate with Academic Institutes, NGO’s and Career guidance institutes to tap opportunities for placements.
Organize Industry meet, workshops, round table meetings etc. Connect with Industry experts and intelligentsia.
Work collaboratively with other members of the team and extend support wherever needed. Be a part of Community engagement initiatives and other stakeholder events.
Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with potential employers and secure job placements for the candidates.
Keep yourself well-informed about the latest industry trends, labour market dynamics, and the demands of employers.
