Actively assist project Superintendent and project team with all miscellaneous issues as necessary. (Material, information, special items, constructability, etc.)
Maintain all submittal, drawing, correspondence, and change logs.
Submit, review for added cost, file, and log all RFI's
Prepare, organize, and manage material buyouts.
Mentors and trains up and coming employees and assists them in accomplishing their goals and career objectives for future advancement within the firm.
Set up all cost codes and production tracking with Superintendent.
Prepare all outgoing correspondence as needed.
Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of all labor, material, job expenses, and changes for each project assigned.
Manage Superintendent/CAD construction drawings to insure appropriate installation.
Price, budget, track, sell, and collect all proposed changes.
Create and maintain a complete project budget using Superintendent construction drawings.
Monthly progress billing for each project assigned.
Effectively partner with jobsite Superintendent.
Purchase all materials per Prism SOP
Weekly jobsite visits and attend all jobsite meetings as required.
Create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the entire project.
Track major deliveries to jobsites.
Organize and submit job closeout documentation. (As-builts, O&M's)
Schedule and track all material releases. Coordinate with a Superintendent as needed.
Effectively supervises a staff in the day to day administration of a project
Assist Superintendent in production tracking and analysis.
Monthly financial projections for each project assigned.
Meets and exceeds all of Prism's requirements for the Project Managers position.
Project schedule analysis. Issue notices and alerts as required.
Create a project specific schedule of values that will maintain positive cash flow
Understands that the position requires you to look after the company's best interest financially, diplomatically, and as aggressively as required to maximize profits and protect those interests.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Manager role
