Set up and maintain Yardi final recovery module for timely tenant billing.
Perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate assets.
Prepare year-end CAM and tax invoices and working papers for external audits.

3+ years of experience in full-cycle real estate accounting, including final recoveries, audits, forecasting, budgeting, and lease interpretation.
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
