- Recording of all operational documents
- Tool Box Talk recording with Training & Compliance team
- Administer - Purchase Orders – raising of POs – Subcontractors, Tools/Equipment, PPE, Materials (not exhaustive) as requested
- Perform data-entry, documentation, filling duties and printing
- Administer - Job Packs, utility maps (Gas, water, BT), safe dig requests, information required as per job pack check list.
- Support the office’s in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies
- Provide full admin support to the team and department
- Audit logging and upload to Sharepoint
- Administer – Customer carding lists – preparing cards, printing, posting
