Perform any dry finish as required to meet production schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ** All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
Summary of Primary Functions: **Supervises Specialty Finishers and Concrete Finishers in applying dry finish to concrete members. Ensures that concrete members receive the correct dry finish and that members are green tagged prior to storage.
Instruct each Concrete Finisher about special requirements for dry finish.
Review shop cards with Manager.
Instruct each Concrete Finisher as to which dry finish is required for each concrete product.
Saw off strand ends, sack concrete member, rock edges of panels, etc. as needed.
Assign one or more Concrete Finishers – Class B for each concrete product.
