The position sits within a collaborative finance function that manages accounting processes across multiple entities within the organisation. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values rigorous work whilst maintaining a welcoming and inclusive culture.

  • Administering tenancy terminations and raising check-out fee charges
  • Responding to landlord queries regarding statements, charges and account issues
  • Processing high-volume supplier invoices including ground rent, service charges and utilities
  • Assisting with tenancy renewals and administering associated lease charges
  • Posting and reconciling daily rent receipts and managing fund movements
  • Raising ad-hoc charges in Qube SLM for services including MVHR, EPC, EICR and statements
  • Managing rent arrears processes including issuing letters and following up with landlords
  • Registering new tenant deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and verifying certificates

A prominent property developer responsible for delivering Greenwich Peninsula-one of London's most ambitious regeneration projects-is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team on a part-time basis. This role offers a genuine entry point into lettings accounting for experienced administrators or an opportunity for those with lettings accounts experience to contribute to a major urban development.

  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision once trained
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data and working to deadlines
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with lettings software, ideally Qube SLM or similar platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial tasks
  • Part-time working pattern (3 days per week) with office-based attendance
  • Experience in residential lettings accounting or lettings administration/coordinator roles
  • Gain hands-on experience in residential lettings accounting within a landmark £8.4bn regeneration project transforming 150 acres of London waterfront
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
