Utilize business acumen and strategic agility to proactive identify and build an ongoing pipeline of potential executive candidate targets

Provide mentoring and guidance to entire talent acquisition and business partner community, drawing upon prior experience of a world-class recruitment process
Maintain a deep understanding of talent trends and provide market intelligence to influence hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external search partners
Develop and manage robust candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, networking, and succession planning
Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
Lead development and delivery of competitor talent analysis, utilizing tools and data to drive pipeline results
Negotiate candidate offers, aligned to Watts compensation philosophy and market data
Lead full lifecycle recruitment for all assigned roles
Utilize data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and continuously improve hiring processes
Provide interview training and strategic guidance to hiring leaders on best practices and unbiased assessment methods
Stay current on legal employment practices, partnering with Watts legal to ensure compliance with employment laws

15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 7+ years specifically focused on executive recruitment
Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (in absence of degree, will consider equivalent relevant work experience)
Strong understanding of employment regulations and ethical recruiting practices
Adaptability and the ability to pivot priorities with shifting business solutions
Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
