Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
Setting quality assurance standards in design.
Grow, develop and manage ICA engineering capability within the practice.
Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.

Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
Expert knowledge on current UK design standards, working practices and national guidance.
Chartered Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.
Comprehensive knowledge in ICA design (instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems), Motor Control Centres/Switchgear, system architecture, fieldbus/communication networks, P&ID’s, ATEX installation practice, functional safety, development of control specifications (URS/FDS), schedules and system requirements within process/industrial environment.
