Regional Account Manager - Indianapolis
James Hardie
Global leader in manufacturing fiber cement products for the building and construction industry.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving sales and product transitions across Indiana
Support customers as they move to James Hardie products by eliminating barriers to conversion and creating a positive customer experience through all aspects of the transition.
Executes segmentation to evaluate and assess the market and lead all aspects of the customer sales process, while leveraging other resources to assist in solution development and implementation as necessary.
Develop a solid understanding of company products, customer programs, and benefits
Maintain key influential identified customers in targeted geographies and defend our business with them.
Utilize CRM tools to drive informed decisions that enable additional volume growth year over year.
You will cover the territory of Indianapolis, IN to Fort Wayne, IN.
Target growth opportunities within the existing base and collaborate with the growth rep to successfully transition the accounts.

Experience handling tools, working in construction, and doing demonstrations.
Willingness and ability to cultivate relationships, grow networks, nurture leads, and passion to identify targets.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program (preferred)
Prior track record of success in an account management role.
3+ years of outside sales experience in a high-touch sales environment.
Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision-making in their market.
