Tasks

-Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. -Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. -The Electrician Apprentice will assist the Electrician with basic tasks. -Complete Maintenance work orders on electrical equipment. Testing malfunctioning equipment, identifying defects, troubleshooting, repairing equipment and replacing defective parts. -Collaborate with other electrical staff to identify and resolve problems.

What You Bring

-Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screen. -Fit and move in confined spaces. -Possessing the ability to understand schematics and technical manuals -Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. -Basic computer knowledge is required. -2-4 years of electrical apprenticeship preferred. -Demonstrate knowledge of electrical codes. -Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors -Up-dates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. -Exposure to areas with limited visibility
