This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial properties and providing reporting to a range of investor clients. It’s an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected property management team within a leading multinational property firm. - Contribute to team discussions on strategy, objectives, and innovative initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of service charge budgets, expenditure, and financial oversight.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop tailored property management strategies for each asset.
- Oversee the needs of investors, occupiers, and property operations.
- Conduct routine property inspections and manage all aspects of the property management mandate.
- Coordinate and supervise Facilities Management teams and tasks.
- Take full ownership of managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
